Defect:

The engine cooling fan blade can fatigue and break causing the fan blade to separate from the fan assembly.

Consequence:

The separated fan blade can result in damage to the engine and/or engine components, and cause personal injury to persons in the immediate area.

Correction:

Dealers will replace this fan with another fan of more durable material.
