- Consequence:
- Failure of the alarm horn to sound would not warn theoccupants of the vehicle to take some action to prevent a fire or to exit thevehicle in the event of a fire.
- Correction:
- Maple chase company will replace the defective units.

- Repair the refrigerator by properly aligning the baffle to the vent.
