Defect:: The brake pedal push rod can disengage from the brake booster.
Consequence:: If the brake pedal push rod disengages from the brakebooster, it will result in the loss of service brakes.
Correction:: Dealers will inspect for proper brake pedal travel and install a brake pedal return stop to prevent possible push rod disengagement.
