- Some of the brake linkage bellcrank end nuts are non-locking nuts, and can loosen in service.
- Consequence:
- The brake linkage can become disconnected, causing lossof service brakes which could result in an accident.
- Correction:
- Replace any non-locking bellcrank nuts with locking nuts.
- Notes:
