Defect:

The fluorescent light circuit diode, located under the driver's seat, can overheat.

Consequence:

This diode can become hot enough to ignite surrounding material resulting in a possible vehicle fire.

Correction:

Dealers will replace this diode with a solenoid that will electrically disconnect the wire instead of preventing back-feeding with a diode.
