Defect:

Cracking of the chassis frame rail occurs above the front axle's front and rear spring hangers.

Consequence:

This can result in the fracture of the frame rail, loss of steering control, and a possible accident.

Correction:

The frame rail will be rewelded and new hardware installed on these bus frames.
