- Due to contact of the metal slide of the lower drawer in the bedroom closet with a 110-volt wire from the electrical converter, insulation may be stripped from the wire.
- Consequence:
- A short could develop and result in a fire.
- Correction:
- Repair to eliminate contact with wire from electrical converter.

- An incorrect number of bolts was used to fasten the rear axle to the frame rails.
- Consequence:
- This could allow the spring hanger to become detachedfrom the rails and cause the rear axle to separate from the motorhome, causingloss of control which may result in an accident.

- Install the correct number of fastening bolts.
