- The buckle assembly could have a large pawl to base clearance which may not allow the proper engagement of the connector.
- Consequence:
- The pawl to base clearance precludes the inability toengage the seat belt connector.
- Correction:
- Inspect and replace all buckle assemblies found with improper clearance.

- An incorrect 3/4 inch bolt was installed on rt/rs 450 suspension.
- Consequence:
- This bolt may break, causing disengagement of the beam connection of rear suspension, resulting in loss of control, which could result in an accident.
- Correction:
- Retrofit chassis with 1 inch bolts.
