Rear wheel brake cylinders are too small to allow for proper braking.

Consequence:

Stopping distance requirements of fmvss 105 are not metwith power braking assist unit inoperative.

Correction:

Replace original 1" rear wheel brake cylinder with a 1 1/16" cylinder.
