Defect:

The headlamp switch may fail during operation without warning due to dislocation of the circuitry contact piece. consequence of defect: a sudden loss of headlight illumination at night could result in an accident.

Correction:

Install an "l" shaped support piece into the switch box to prevent the dimmer switch contact piece from dislocating.
