Rear wheel bearing may fail due to insufficient application of grease to rear wheel needle bearing. consequence of defect: wheel bearing seizure could cause the rear wheel to lock up resulting in interference with operator control, and may result in an accident.

Correction:

Apply a sufficient amount of grease and/or replace related parts.
