- The brake interlock shuttle valve assembly could under a heavy service brake application fracture or fragment the internal shuttle piston.
- Consequence:
- The fracture or fragmention of the interlock shuttlevalve piston could result in partial or complete loss of rear braking. areduction in braking ability could result in a vehicle crash without priorwarning.
- Correction:
- New improved brake interlock shuttle assembly will be installed.
