Defect:

Under sized rear axles and axle bearing for load application were installed on these vehicles. this may cause the rear axle or axle bearing to fail. consequence of defect: failure of rear axle and/or bearings due to overload may cause loss of control and possible loss of rear wheels, either of which may result in an accident.

Correction:

Replace rear axle and bearing with proper size for rated load.
