Defect:

Under particular climatic conditions, engine hesitation may occur when restarting after vehicle is parked for a short period of time. this hesitation is caused by gasoline vaporization in the carburetor.

Correction:

Dealer will replace the existing carburetor and cooling fan thermoswitch without charge to owner.
