- In the involved vehicles, the air pressure which is used to actuate the engine shutdown solenoid may be blocked whenever transmission fluid temperature exceeds 250 degrees fahrenheit.
- Correction:
- Dealer will inspect and modify the air plumbing as required.

- Certain vehicles do not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 124, "accelerator control systems". due to interference between the engine shutdown actuator and the accelerator return springs, the throttle may not return quickly enough.
- Correction:
- Dealer will inspect and, if necessary, reposition the throttle return spring bracket and replace the return springs without charge to owner.
