Ford truck campaign no 180.trucks equipped with eaton anti-lock brakecontrollers.possibility that the air brakes system which incorporates aneaton anti-lock brake controller may absorb radio frequency energy radiatedfrom an in-cab radio transmitter.should this occur, it could interfere withthe controller logic circuitry.front axle air pressure would be released forthe period that the in-cab transmitter is activated.operation of the rearbrakes, however, would not be affected.(correction to the anti-lockcontroller is being developed.in the mean-time owner of affected vehicleswill be notified of the interference condition.)

Ford campaign no 157.heavy duty trucks.possibility that vehicles equippedwith mt-650 automatic transmission may contain nylon particles contaminantwithin the transmission governor assembly.a nylon particle could block anorifice in the governor valve and result in unintentional transmissiondownshift with the possibility of transmission disintergration.(correct byinspecting and replacing governor assembly where necessary).

Defect:
The cast hubs on some of the involved vehicles were improperly manufactured. they may be subject to high mileage fatigue cracks at the inner bearing area or along the flange portions to which the wheels are mounted.
Correction:
Dealer will inspect aluminum hubs and, if necessary, replace them with cast iron hubs without charge to owner.
